How Anon Launch works

A burner keypair is generated in your browser, you fund it with one transfer, and it signs the pump.fun launch. Your main wallet never appears in the transaction.

~2 minutes Phantom or Solflare Solana mainnet

Overview

Most token launches are traceable because the wallet that pays for the mint is the same wallet that has your history. Anon Launch breaks that link by putting a fresh keypair between you and the launch.

The burner is created locally, funded from wherever you keep SOL, and then signs the create-and-buy transaction. Nothing about your main wallet is included in the launch itself.

This is not a mixer and it does not hide on-chain data. It removes the direct signer link between your funding wallet and the token. If you fund the burner from an address that is already publicly tied to you, that link still exists on-chain.

Quickstart

  1. 1Open the launch page and generate a burner wallet.
  2. 2Copy the secret key somewhere safe — it is the only way back in.
  3. 3Send at least 0.02 SOL to the deposit address.
  4. 4Fill in the token name, ticker, image and optional dev buy.
  5. 5Sign once. The burner submits the transaction and returns the mint address.

Requirements

  • A Solana wallet with SOL to send — Phantom, Solflare, or an exchange withdrawal.
  • At least 0.02 SOL on the burner. 0.03 SOL leaves room for a small dev buy.
  • A square image under 5 MB for the token metadata.
  • A browser tab you can keep open until the launch confirms.

1 · Keypair generation

When you press generate, an Ed25519 keypair is created with the browser's cryptographic random source. The public key becomes your deposit address; the secret key stays in the tab until you copy it out.

No server ever receives the secret. The only network call in this step is the balance lookup, which sends the public key and nothing else.

// what the browser does, roughly
const kp = Keypair.generate();
kp.publicKey.toBase58();  // deposit address
kp.secretKey; // stays local

2 · Funding

Send SOL to the deposit address from any wallet or exchange. This is a normal transfer and it is its own transaction — it does not share a signature with the launch.

The page polls the balance every five seconds and unlocks the next step once the burner holds at least 0.02 SOL. You can send more if you want a larger dev buy.

Send SOL on Solana mainnet only. A transfer on another chain, or an SPL token instead of SOL, will not show up in the balance.

3 · The launch transaction

The launch is a single transaction containing the pump.fun create instruction and, if you set one, the first buy. It is signed by the burner and by the new mint keypair — two signatures, neither of which belongs to your main wallet.

The image is uploaded once before signing and the resulting URL is embedded in the metadata, so the token page has its artwork from the first block.

fee payer AyDM…cB9t signer
mint 7xKq…4mWp signer
program 6EF8…F6P invoke
signatures 2

4 · Result

On confirmation you get the mint address and a Solscan link. The token trades on pump.fun like any other launch — the difference is only in who signed it.

The burner still holds whatever you did not spend, plus any dev buy allocation. Keep the secret key if you plan to sell or manage that position.

Costs

Anon Launch takes no fee. You pay Solana network fees and the pump.fun launch cost, which together come to roughly 0.02 SOL. A dev buy is extra and goes into the token itself.

Recovering a token

Everything the burner owns is controlled by its secret key. Import that key into Phantom or Solflare and the wallet appears with its token balance intact.

If you lose the secret key, the burner cannot be recovered by anyone — including us. There is no account, no email, and no reset.

FAQ

Do I need an account?+

No. There is no sign-up, no email, and no session. The burner lives in your browser tab.

Can I launch more than one token?+

Yes. Generate a new burner for each launch so the tokens are not linked to each other.

What happens if I close the tab?+

The burner key is gone unless you copied it. The token still exists on-chain, but you would need the key to manage it.

Does this hide my funding wallet?+

It removes the signer link. The funding transfer is still a public transaction, so fund from an address you are comfortable being associated with the burner.
